RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

We strive to have only satisfied customers. We stand by our products 100% and offer a 30-day 100% money-back, satisfaction guarantee. Upon receipt of the FX BOOM FITNESS SYSTEM INCLUDING BELT, SHOULDER STRAPS, FOOT STRAPS, MINIBANDS, AND SAFETY TONER BANDS), Perform Better Bands (or Sheathed Bands Recommended), or the 3D STRENGTH RIGS, or the TRAXX TRAINERS® please try the belt on to confirm the size is correct or use the equipment too see if it works for you after following proper set up instructions. Once the FX BOOM Belt® has been worn or the 3D Strength equipment or Traxx Trainer has been used and its original condition compromised, it cannot be returned. If the FX BOOM Belt® does not fit or the 3D Strength equipment of the Traxx trainer does not work for you, and you are dissatisfied with it upon receipt, we will accept a return for full refund or exchange however you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. Please call our Customer Service Department at 480-The-Belt or email us at fxboomfitness@gmail.com with your return and/or exchange needs. We will instruct you how to return your product to Flex Ex Solutions.

Important Information

LIMITED WARRANTY:

Flex Ex Solutions warrants the FX BOOM FITNESS SYSTEM INCLUDING BELT, SHOULDER STRAPS, FOOT STRAPS, MINIBANDS, AND SAFETY TONER BANDS), Perform Better Bands (or Sheathed Bands Recommended), the 3D STRENGTH RIGS, TRAXX TRAINERS to be free from defects in manufacturing for one year from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser, and does not apply if the product has been damaged or fails to function properly as a result of misuse, abuse, alteration, or improper cleaning or maintenance. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASE. Flex Ex Solutions sole obligation under this warranty or any implied warranty, and the purchaser’s sole remedy, is limited to the repair or replacement, at Flex Ex Solutions option, of the product or defective part. IN NO EVENT SHALL FLEX EX SOLUTIONS, IT’S AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, RELATED ENTITIES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES, BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. The duration, terms and conditions of this warranty are valid within the Continental U.S., except where different limitations, restrictions or conditions may be required by local law.

*Foam pads are excluded from this warranty but replacement pads can be purchased from the Flex Ex Solutions website,www.fxboomfitness.com or Cindyangulo.com.

The FX BOOM FITNESS SYSTEM INCLUDING BELT, SHOULDER STRAPS, FOOT STRAPS, MINIBANDS, AND SAFETY TONER BANDS), Perform Better Bands (or Sheathed Bands Recommended), the 3D STRENGTH RIGS, TRAXX TRAINERS is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure any medical condition nor is it intended to replace given advice, guidelines or therapy provided from your medical health care provider. Flex Ex Solutions and the Edge Fitness Institute LLC specifically disclaims any liability for incidental or consequential damages and assumes no responsibility or liability for any damage suffered by any person as a result of the use or misuse of wearing the FX BOOM Fitness Belt or Fitness system or using the 3D Strength Rig or Traxx Trainer. Before beginning any exercise program, consult your healthcare professional.
